The big brother to the popular NY Strip steak, the boneless sirloin strip roast is a leaner and very flavorful alternative to the popular Prime Rib roast. Roasts are available from 3 - 15 pounds. Larger single roasts may be available in-store in limited quantities. We recommend ordering a tied roast as this allows even cooking.
For a larger crowd or for those that prefer a "more done" roast, we recommend ordering more than one roast to obtain the desired total weight.
