Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. For perfectly cooked chicken, our head chef recommends roasting: Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan/Gas mk 4). Rub with oil and season. Place breasts in a roasting tin in the centre of the oven for 15-20 minutes, until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes. Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw chicken. Tray This tray is made from 70% recycled materials, please rinse & recycle. The film is not currently recyclable.
